Dear Guest,
This is where we would like to share some general information about the Alpenrose with you, so that we can make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.

• We are very easy to reach via the A10 "Tauern" autobahn. Just follow signs for Altenmarkt / Radstadt / Graz, exit 63.  At the church in Altenmarkt, turn off towards Zauchensee and stay on that road for 10km.

• You room is available for check-in on your arrival day after 3 p.m.  It is not possible to reserve a specific room number.

• If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please contact us in advance. That way our kitchen team might be able to prepare a special meal for you.  We are unable to give you a discount for meals you happen not to have consumed.

• If you would like to ski on your departure day, please vacate your room by 10 a.m.  You are still welcome to make use of our wellness facilities if you wish to shower or change.

• You can settle your hotel bill with an EC Card or bank card, or in cash.  We do NOT accept credit cards.  If you prefer, you are welcome to transfer payment to our bank account in advance of your arrival.

Please settle your bill at the reception desk before 10:30 p.m. of the evening prior to your scheduled departure.    

• Our wellness facilities are open daily between 1 and 7 p.m. Bathrobes are already hanging in your room. Appointments for the various treatments can be set up at the reception.  Please be aware that, should you cancel your treatment at short notice, we will be obliged to charge you 100% of the price.

• Dogs are only permitted with our expressed agreement, since they are only allowed in certain rooms.

• Garage parking spaces are free and are allotted based on availability. No advanced reservations are possible.
