The day begins with a hearty breakfast – and ends with a glass of good wine at the bar. Delights for the palate in a comfortable atmosphere as an extra ingredient for your holiday in the Alpenrose.

Make yourself comfortable  – in our Ofenstube or Almstube. There are culinary surprises for you every day. Our Chef de Cuisine Wolfgang Kalhammer conjures wonderful dishes on to your plate, whether down-to-earth, unusual or something simply nutritious from our natural cuisine. Our weekly theme buffets are extremely popular, such as “Bratljausn” (regional ham and cold cuts specialties), Kaiserschmarrn & Knödel (sweet pancake & dumplings) or Alpenrose Chocolate Dream.

Restaurant-opening times

Winter:
Breakfast: 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Skiers’ Snack: 1.0 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Evening Meal: 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Summer:
Breakfast: 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Lunchtime Snack: 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
Evening Meal: 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

After 9 p.m. our dinner guests are very welcome in the cozy hotel bar.

Can you taste the Alps?

Yes! We also have Alpine specialties to delight your palate. A sample in advance: Fillet of beef smoked over mountain pine served with forest honey sauce, goat’s cheese from the Zauch Valley or wild berry dumplings with cinnamon ice cream.
