OUR PIECE OF THE EARTH

The Hotel Alpenrose is picturesquely located in the village of Zauchensee on the lake of the same name, in the heart of the Salzburg region, one of the most beautiful Alpine regions. The quickest way to reach us is via the Tauern Autobahn (45 minutes by car from Salzburg). From Altenmarkt, it is about 10 kilometres to Zauchensee. The nearest train stations are Altenmarkt and Radstadt, and the nearest airport is Salzburg. We are happy to organise a shuttle service from the train station or airport for you.

Tip: Do not enter "Zauchensee 24" into your navigation system, but simply "Zauchensee Zentrum."
